Job Description
Our client, a real estate company in LAs Vegas, NV, is in need of an Onsite IT technician for an initial six-month contract. Working onsite daily, the Onsite IT Technician provides technical support for all computers, tablets, mobile devices, network systems, and other communications equipment. This role provides timely and courteous support for technical issues relating to the use and operation of client hardware and software. The incumbent coordinates and supports the division office, remote sites, construction trailers, and customer care offices.

Required skills:
- 3-5 years or more of relevant IT support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer workstation issues, both software- and hardware-related
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or similar for ticketing management
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certifications preferred
