Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Mechanic with a Secret clearance for an immediate opening at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position involves critical maintenance and repair of aircraft structures, ensuring airworthiness and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft components
• Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and install aircraft structures
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficiency with NDT methods (e.g., dye penetrant, magnetic particle)
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural components and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10)
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance standards
• Previous experience working on Beale AFB or similar environments
