Summary:
• Develop innovative AI workflows and automation tools using Python, Bash, and C++.
• Build AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations leveraging Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Apply systems engineering across the development lifecycle to streamline cyber operations training and certification pipelines.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
• Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and gather requirements for AI-driven process improvements.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement AI solutions to modernize workflow efficiency and readiness pipelines.
• Build and integrate custom Skills and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting AI agents with organizational data and tools.
• Execute full-lifecycle systems engineering fundamentals from design and prototyping through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain high-performance automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and C++.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training resources to ensure seamless adoption of AI capabilities.
