Job Description
Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring two DevSecOps Engineers (Junior) to provide security engineering services that support software assurance through the design and deployment of a DevSecOps environment for a federal agency.

Compensation: $86,000 - $104,000 per year
US Citizenship (no dual citizenship) and the ability to pass a federal background investigation in order to be granted access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and coding of new, or modification of existing, applications, software and specialized utilities following software assurance best practices
- Help analyze user needs, software requirements, specifications and technical design documents to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints, building solutions that automate compliance and security posture management
- Help perform prototype evaluations of the DevSecOps environment, including programs and software applications, to confirm the output and instructions are correct
- Help conduct integrated quality assurance testing for security functionality and resiliency on all developed solutions, tracking QA metrics such as defect dispositions and resolutions
- Apply Agile DevSecOps practices across plan, code, build, test, release, deploy and monitor
- Support project activities using Scrum methodologies and practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps engineering
- Ability to work on site in Ashburn, VA (no telework), core hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call support
