Job Description

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote team supporting case analysis and data reconciliation for a federal health insurance marketplace program. You will collect and reconcile data from several sources and follow defined standard operating procedures to resolve cases for consumers and health insurance issuers. This is a seasonal, full-time position running through approximately April 30, 2027.

Training: three weeks - two weeks of instructor-led virtual training followed by a one-week job shadow, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, with classes starting December 1, December 7 or December 14. No time off can be taken during training. Specialists who complete 30 days in good standing receive a bonus, and those who remain through the end of the assignment in good standing receive a second bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Use data analysis skills for research, remediation, case management and troubleshooting for consumers who obtain health coverage through the marketplace
  • Review your assigned caseload and prioritize by urgency and Service Level Agreement (SLA) date
  • Reconcile each case across multiple data sources to determine what happened and where the data diverged
  • Speak with consumers several times a day by phone (cloud-based telephony) to gather information or explain the outcome of their case, with patience and clear, empathetic communication
  • Adjudicate cases using standard operating procedures, document findings thoroughly, and escalate cases that need advanced subject-matter expertise
  • Contribute to workflow investigations, business procedures and process improvements
  • Work from a dedicated, secure area within your residence

Required qualifications:
  • Associate degree, OR high school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience following defined processes or assignments
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with complex data analytics and advanced problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and stay engaged working remotely
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work overtime as required

Details: Seasonal, full-time, fully remote (U.S.). After training, an assigned shift within 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday-Friday (shift starts every 30 minutes, latest 11:30 AM). No split shifts or part-time.

Compensation: $18.81 per hour, plus an hourly health & welfare benefit toward health insurance and retirement (amount varies by location).

US Citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background investigation in order to be granted access to sensitive information.
