Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and install structural components.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in aircraft structures preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or in a related field.
• Secret clearance required.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as NDT techniques.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft or in a government contracting environment.
