Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and maintenance on aircraft and other aerospace vehicles
• Repair and replace aircraft structural components
• Fabricate and install aircraft structural parts
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify material flaws
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Secret clearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Experience with aircraft structural maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft structural materials and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology or related field
• Experience with composite materials
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and Air Force maintenance procedures
