Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aircraft maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft components
• Conduct inspections and assessments of aircraft structures
• Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate and install structural components
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Document and report all work performed and any discrepancies found
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Experience working on aircraft structures and components
• Proficiency with aircraft maintenance manuals and technical data
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural integrity and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10, etc.)
• Additional certifications or training in aircraft maintenance
• Previous military or government contracting experience
