Responsibilities:

• Perform structural maintenance on aircraft and related components.
• Inspect and repair aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and empennage.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects.
• Fabricate and install structural components as required.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Knowledge of aircraft structural maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types (e.g., KC-10 Extender, KC-46 Pegasus).
• Knowledge of composite materials and repair techniques.
• Experience with NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and dye penetrant inspection.
