The Application SME + Trainer provides subject matter expertise and application training support for the JCC2-R application. This role is responsible for supporting application sustainment engineering, documentation support (maintain and update JCC2-R documents), integration work, and training support to JCC2 third-party Field Application Engineering training contractors. Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum. Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum. Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.
This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.
This is a remote position and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
- Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
- Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
- Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
- Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
- Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.
