Job Description
Our client in Wilmington, MA, needs a 2 nd Shift NOC Technician for an initial 2-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment. The 2 nd Shift Noc Technician will work remotely from 4pm-12:30am.
Required Skills:
• 2-5 years of experience in a NOC, IT Operations, or IT Support role.
• Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting networks, applications, or systems.
• Ability to monitor and report end user incidents and outage reporting.
• Able to work 4pm-12:30am EST.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience working with Splunk, IBM I-Series, AS/400 Runbooks, or other office tools.
