KBR is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Program Manager to support Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Air Systems Group (ASG) programs in providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across various NAVAIR projects. As the primary interface between KBR, the Navy customer, and technical teams, you will manage program performance, foster collaboration across Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), and drive solution based results in alignment with mission goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a portfolio of defense programs, ensuring successful delivery across cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives for multiple projects or product lines
- Own program financial performance, integrating earned value management, critical path analysis, and corrective action planning to maintain commitments across the portfolio
- Establish strategic direction and priorities for cross-functional teams, aligning resources and execution plans to balance customer expectations and internal business goals
- Integrate program data, schedules, and financials to provide accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Drive process maturity and execution discipline, applying established program management frameworks and quality methodologies across the product line
- Partner closely with business unit leadership, controllers, and marketing teams to support business planning, opportunity management, and fiscal objectives
- Lead development and execution of annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans for multiple sites or teams within the portfolio
- Represent the program management organization as a domain expert, advising stakeholders on best practices, risk mitigation, and execution strategies
- Provide overall program oversight and leadership for assigned IPTs
- Serve as the primary interface between KBR, Navy stakeholders, and technical teams
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation activities
- Lead regular program reviews, briefings, and reporting to internal and government leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and achievement of program milestones
- Support planning, execution, and integration of technical solutions across multiple IPTs
- Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Operations leadership to expand customer relationships, and support competitive positioning for new business pursuits and strategic growth initiatives
- Exercise safe, mature, discretionary handling of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) materials, sensitive materials (documents and equipment)
- Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance & Citizenship: Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years' program related experience in related areas with at least 5 years' functional or program management experience in a DoD, aerospace, or government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi project portfolios and cross functional teams in a government contracting environment
- Proven experience developing and executing program schedules, resource plans, and financial baselines, including the use of Integrated Master Schedules and Work Breakdown Structures
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Program Management certification
- Prior experience with NAVAIR/NAWCWD organizations and IPT operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Direct experience managing or contributing to programs or portfolios exceeding $50M in total value, including development of independent cost estimates and long range execution plans
- Background in earned value management, risk management, and corrective action planning across production, sustainment, and development efforts
- Experience leading process improvement, quality system compliance, or organizational change initiatives within a technical or program management organization
