Our National Security and Intelligence Services

Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation

PEC supports nuclear counterterrorism and counterproliferation programs by assisting DOE/NNSA to address potential nuclear threats across national security and public health and safety disciplines. We provide expert analysis and technical capabilities for national counterproliferation efforts, support Nuclear Emergency Support Team readiness for global nuclear and radiological incidents and accidents, provide subject matter expert support for a robust nuclear forensic capability, and provide expert analysis and technical capabilities for national counterproliferation efforts.

PEC provides comprehensive site-wide technical security management support to safeguard critical national security assets. Our team of fully qualified personnel implements security programs that protect DOE Headquarters staff, information, technology, facilities, and the public.
