Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Financial Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading budget formulation, execution analysis, and PPBE inputs. You will analyze financial and manpower data, build multi-year funding models, ensure leaders see shortfalls and risks before they hit.

Work Schedule and Location:

Responsibilities
- Analyze budget execution: obligations vs. plan, burn rates, and anomalies
- Draft POM, FYDP, and unfunded requirement inputs
- Build five-year resource projection models and alternative scenarios
- Maintain financial matrices across manpower, RDT&E, procurement, and O&M
- Produce monthly financial status reports and funding impact assessments
- Keep financial records audit-ready
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree + 10 years relevant experience, Master's + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years
- Comprehensive budget and data analysis for financial planning and execution
- Extensive experience with manpower and budget systems including ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBES
- Deep knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process
- Proven collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Exceptional written and oral communication and consensus-building
