Job Description
Join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by managing receiving, shipping, and inventory for highly technical equipment. You will keep accurate property records and coordinate across directorates, ensure critical equipment is accounted for and available when needed.

Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records, material logs, and stock levels
- Process receiving and shipping and update Government systems
- Reconcile property lists monthly and document discrepancies
- Track deliveries, inspections, acceptance, and warranties
- Run weekly facility inspection checklists
- Build reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Demonstrated MS Office proficiency for reports, data management, and senior-leader materials
- Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated/manual supply systems
- Proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure
- Consistent record of strong customer service

- Audit-ready inventory with serial-number traceability
- Lab or forensic equipment support
