  • Support design, integration, verification and validation, test, deployment, transition, and modernization activities throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess technical risks, dependencies, interface impacts, and integration challenges and develop recommendations to drive issues toward resolution.
  • Work across multidisciplinary Government and contractor teams to coordinate technical activities and integrate system elements into cohesive enterprise capabilities.
  • Participate in design reviews, engineering boards, readiness activities, testing, demonstrations, and other technical forums; develop technical assessments and recommendations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise messaging, message routing, APIs, system interfaces, or similarly complex messaging and communications capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, decomposing, and managing technical and system requirements.
  • Technical experience evaluating system designs, interfaces, message/data flows, integration approaches, and implementation alternatives.
  • Experience supporting capabilities across the systems engineering lifecycle, including design, integration, verification and validation, test, and deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary Government and contractor engineering teams and communicate complex technical issues clearly.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise messaging or communications systems within the IC ground domain.
  • Experience modernizing or transitioning legacy capabilities and integrating new technologies into existing enterprise environments.
