We are actively hiring an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in Chantilly, VA. You will design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning. You will draw on your expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing to take models from experimentation to secure, scalable production.
Key Responsibilities:
We are actively hiring an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in Chantilly, VA. You will design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning. You will draw on your expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing to take models from experimentation to secure, scalable production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML models and ensembles using the customer's data and requirements.
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to assess its usefulness for AI model training and testing.
- Work with staff officers to conceptualize, design, develop, and run experiments that verify model performance and system soundness.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models and ensembles in cloud-based environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines, SQL configurations, and performance metrics that support AI/ML applications.
- Document and communicate methods and findings using the customer's formats and templates. This may include authoring analytic publications, producing ad-hoc reports, creating data visualizations, delivering presentations or briefings, and documenting methods in GitHub repositories.
- Provide technical education to staff on AI/ML topics on an ad-hoc basis.
- Serve as an AI/ML subject matter expert supporting the customer's initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
- Demonstrated professional experience with Python or R for AI/ML development.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.
- Experience with cloud computing services from major providers, including cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniques.
- Experience with verification and validation test benches.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Flask.
- Experience using Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboards.
- Familiarity with the customer's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices.
- Prior experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
