Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of five years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation, intelligent automation, or a related software engineering discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Strong programming, scripting, debugging, and software development capabilities.
Demonstrated experience building and supporting complex, enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
Practical experience integrating AI/ML technologies and cognitive capabilities into automated business processes.
Experience providing technical leadership, reviewing automation code, mentoring developers, and maintaining development quality standards.
Hands-on knowledge of RPA platform administration, orchestration, deployment management, and production operations.
Experience working with UiPath Orchestrator and/or UiPath Automation Suite.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation designs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Experience with automation testing, release management, production troubleshooting, exception handling, and ongoing solution maintenance.
Understanding of automation governance, reusable component development, security controls, auditability, and operational risk management.
Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models, including backlog management, Kanban workflows, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Knowledge of accessibility principles and Section 508 requirements for applicable automation deliverables.
