Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol with Active Clearance in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and site concerns. You will communicate professionally with personnel and visitors, document activities using computer-based tools, and contribute to a caring, reliable team culture built on integrity, agility, and innovation.

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, document visitor and contractor activity, and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
