Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting housing policies and assisting in translating and issuing local, verbal and written guidance to implement procedures and instructions; evaluating, investigating, and resolving landlord/tenant disputes and complaints; conducting housing inspections.

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
Successful completion 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
Combination of education and experience equating to 100.

- You will assist in ensuring appropriate representation is available at a variety of on-Base briefings to include housing transitional meetings, utility meetings, family orientations, pre-deployment briefs and Community Town Hall Meetings.
- You will assist unit personnel and administrative officers with the coordination of reporting of pay and personnel data as it relates to assignment and termination from military housing.
- You will maintain internal control procedures for pay and personnel documents and route them to the appropriate Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) for action.
- You will design, prepare and utilize administrative forms that assist in day-to-day interface with the Public Private Venture (PPV) Partners .
- You will ensure referral to privatized military housing is accomplished in a timely manner without undue financial hardship to the service member.
- You will evaluates complaints and advise the appropriate PPV Partner and resident on the recommended course of action for resolution.
