Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) supports mission-critical federal cybersecurity
programs providing onsite incident response to government agencies and critical asset
owners experiencing cyber-attacks.
We are seeking a Cyber Project Analyst to support federal program management activities
across multiple complex cybersecurity projects and deliverables. This role focuses on
project planning, performance analysis, requirements management, risk mitigation,
reporting, and coordination across technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Federal Program Managers with planning, initiating, monitoring, and closing
complex projects and deliverables.
• Identify program risks and independently develop mitigation plans.
• Analyze program performance, schedules, requirements, and risks and prepare
management reports and briefings.
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules, management reports, and key
performance parameters.
• Provide recommendations to improve business strategy, internal processes, and
program performance.
• Support requirements definition, scope of work development, and scope
management.
• Conduct requirements analysis and track requirements fulfilled by projects and
dependencies on other efforts.
• Identify and coordinate project actions across technical and operational teams.
• Support end-to-end software development activities, including software design,
troubleshooting, and implementation.
Mandatory Skills
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Suitability.
• Five (5) or more years of directly relevant project management experience.
• Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical project and program
data.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Ability to analyze and monitor program requirements, performance, schedules, and
risks.
• Ability to support Program Managers with evaluating, monitoring, and reporting
program performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple physical locations.
Preferred Skills
• Experience conducting project analysis for cyber operations programs.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer
Science, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline.
OR
• High School Diploma with seven (7) or more years of project management experience.
Desired Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II
