Expertise and Functions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to PK leadership and contracting teams
- Manage daily taskers, suspense actions, action items, and organizational deliverables
- Maintain PK official records, contract closeout files, trackers, and documentation repositories
- Oversee personnel in‑/out‑processing and maintain office documentation, calendars, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, virtual sessions, and prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials
- Manage KTFileShare, SharePoint, Teams resources, permission access, and inspection readiness
- Support workflow management, office operations, and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and leadership documentation
- Disseminate program guidance, maintain leadership awareness of priorities, and respond to routine inquiries
- Assist with DTS travel coordination and serve as VRO/TCO telephone focal point
- Validate recurring reports and support ESGK training events and office activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 12+ years of general experience
- 5+ years working in the DoD sector
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience administering SharePoint administration and document management
- Experience providing calendar management and executive scheduling support
- Meeting coordination and virtual collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
- Demonstrated ability to track action items, suspense, and workflow requirements
- Experience preparing executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and administrative reporting
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition or program management offices
- Knowledge of Air Force organizational structures and administrative processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with team players capable of working across diverse organizations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
- Proactive mindset with a continuous process-improvement approach
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
