Job Summary:
Develops Appian process models, interfaces, and components under senior developer direction.
Key Responsibilities
· Build SAIL interfaces, process models, expression rules, and record configurations.
· Implement integrations using established connected systems and API patterns.
· Execute unit testing, defect remediation, and deployment support.
· Maintain documentation and conform to established design standards.
Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
· Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of Appian development experience.
· Certifications - Required: Appian Certified Associate Developer.
· Certifications - Obtainable After Hire: Appian Certified Senior Developer, within 90 days of assignment.
· Certifications - Preferred: Appian Certified Analyst.
· Required Skills: Appian SAIL; process models; expression rules; record types; integration fundamentals; Agile delivery.
· Preferred Skills: Accessibility-aware interface development; SQL query optimization.
Technical Environment
Appian Designer; SAIL interfaces; process models; expression rules and query entities; Record types; Connected Systems; Appian deployment packages; SQL Server or Oracle; Jira.
