Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aircraft maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft airframes, including composite and metallic structures.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of aircraft structural components to identify damage or wear.
  • Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Repair or replace damaged aircraft structural parts, including wings, fuselage, and empennage.
  • Utilize technical manuals and engineering drawings to guide repair procedures.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and parts used.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aircraft structures preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance, preferably on military aircraft.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structural principles and materials.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.


Preferred Qualifications:
