Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aircraft maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and repairs on aircraft components
• Fabricate and install structural components as required
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to assess material integrity
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft structural maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10)
• Knowledge of composite materials and repair techniques
• Experience with NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing
