Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft compelling technical and management proposals that align with customer requirements
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accuracy
• Manage proposal volumes and timelines to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with solicitation instructions and formatting requirements
• Support the development of cost and pricing volumes
• Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing
• Proven track record of supporting successful government contract proposals
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
