Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end capture strategy for major opportunities
- Develop compelling value propositions and competitive analyses
- Coordinate with technical teams to produce winning proposals
- Manage proposal timelines and deliverables
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in government contracting or business development
- Proven track record in winning major government contracts
- Strong understanding of DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence Community acquisition processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
