Position Description:
CGI is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer who will play a critical role in resolving complex information assurance challenges and integrating cutting edge electronic processes to tackle total system and technology problems inherent to IA requirements.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of integrating electronic processes and methodologies to resolve comprehensive system and technology challenges related to Information Assurance (IA) requirements. Your analytical expertise will be critical in identifying and addressing workflow, organizational, and planning issues, ensuring that systems remain secure and responsive.
This position is located in our Columbus, OH office with work performed at client site in Richmond, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized cybersecurity problems.
• Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements
• Analyzes information security requirements.
• Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
• DoD Secret Clearance
• Must possess IT II - Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission
• Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III (one of the following certifications)
• Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND-IS (one of the following certifications)
• Experience in assisting in identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and key resources.
• Coordinate identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and key resources.
• Task as written within the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (NICE Framework).
• Example behavioral indicator / task permutation for performing this task at an Intermediate skills proficiency level.
• Training could meet the requirement
• Any one of the possible ACAS certs

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 $251,100.00.
