Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated Integrated and Test Engineers to assist in the development of Electronic Warfare Systems
Program Overview
Gauge Engineering Services is an established subcontractor supporting multiple new development efforts related to Electronic Warfare Systems.
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Clearance: Top Secret
Key Responsibilities
As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will perform the necessary tasks to ensure system operational availability, perform integration of system upgrades, and provide testing of complex software-defined RF system installations.
Day-to-day activities include but not limited to:
• Perform integration and test activities on RF/SIGINT/EW Systems
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
• Automated Testing
• Regression Testing
• Performance verification
• Defect triage
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience
• Traditional I&T experience in the following areas:
◦ Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
◦ System Integration Labs (SIL)
◦ Automated testing
◦ Regression testing
◦ Performance verification
◦ Defect triage
◦ Root Cause Analysis
• I&T experience with RF/SIGINT/EW Systems
• Ansible Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience2
• Experience with Git/vscode
• Hands on Lab troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Linux CLI environment
• Software Engineering background to include some of the SW skills above
• Experience working with classified systems
• Experience working with Kubernetes / Containerized systems
General Experience
• Agile / DevSecOps
• Agile Scrum or Kanban
• DevSecOps concepts
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity
• Git/GitLab/GitHub
• Jira/Confluence
• Configuration management
• Digital engineering practices
• Working in incremental capability releases
Domain Experience
EW / SIGINT Domain Knowledge or Experience with:
• RF systems
• Digital receivers
• SDR architectures
• Electronic Support (ES)
• Electronic Attack (EA)
• SIGINT processing chains
• Spectrum management
• Signal processing fundamentals
• Timing and synchronization
• Antenna systems
• Data recording and playback
• Mission data management
