Job Description
is seeking a Senior Foreign Disclosure Support professional for an upcoming proposal supporting the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office (JPO) Security Services Contract. The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert supporting Foreign Disclosure activities, enabling coordination with U.S. Government stakeholders, international partners, and program leadership. This position requires the ability to independently perform complex Foreign Disclosure functions, provide strategic guidance, and support decision-making related to international program collaboration and information-sharing activities. The role supports mission-critical F-35 program objectives through effective coordination, analysis, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
This position will be located in either Arlington, VA. Or Patuxent River, MD. and is structured as a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role. An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
This is a proposal position and is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, and final staffing authorization.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide senior-level Foreign Disclosure support for F-35 Joint Program Office activities.
• Independently execute Foreign Disclosure tasks and provide subject matter expertise to government leadership.
• Review, analyze, and coordinate requests involving disclosure of program information to foreign governments and international partners.
• Support the development, coordination, staffing, and tracking of Foreign Disclosure documentation and related products.
• Advise program teams on disclosure policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, decision papers, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Interface effectively with flag officers, senior government officials, program managers, security personnel, and international stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional efforts involving multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members supporting Foreign Disclosure activities.
• Support program execution by ensuring Foreign Disclosure processes remain aligned with applicable government policies and program objectives.
• Coordinate with security, international affairs, acquisition, engineering, and sustainment stakeholders as required.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related discipline; OR Bachelor's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Master's degree.
• Minimum of ten years of experience performing work related to the Foreign Disclosure Support functional area.
• Ability to comprehensively and independently fulfill Foreign Disclosure Support requirements and provide subject matter expert guidance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or working with aircraft programs and systems.
• Specialized experience delivering briefings and interacting with flag officers and senior-level leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with large, diverse, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to provide guidance, direction, and supervision across areas of assigned effort.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Will be required to sign Letter of Intent.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Security Cooperation, or international acquisition programs.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with F-35 program operations, international partnerships, and security processes.
• Experience coordinating across government, industry, and international stakeholder communities.
