iWorks is seeking an Insider Threat Detection Analyst to support insider threat and personnel security missions through the identification, analysis, and assessment of potential insider risks. The successful candidate will evaluate data from multiple sources, identify patterns and indicators of concern, develop analytical products, and support risk mitigation efforts.
Salary Range: 84k - 94k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

- Analyze data from multiple information sources.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential indicators of insider risk.
- Prepare analytical reports and briefings.
- Conduct research and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support risk mitigation efforts.
- Document findings and recommendations.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, National Security, Political Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insider threat, intelligence, personnel security, investigations, counterintelligence, law enforcement, or related analytical functions.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience developing written analytical products and briefings.
- Ability to evaluate complex information and make risk-based recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal civilian, DoD, or Intelligence Community missions.
- Experience conducting behavioral, threat, or risk assessments.
