Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Herndon, VA
Description
This role supports OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy, and requires experience in benchmarking and program metrics, process improvement, and general management consulting. Candidates with exposure to Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures are preferred.
Responsibilities
The person in this role is responsible for administrative activities supporting and maintaining approximately 20 Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Successful candidate will have strong skills in Excel, familiarity with Tableau, and experience with data analytics.

The candidate must be able to assess financial implications and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance professionals.
