BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Boeing Communication System Operator Instructor (C-32A / C-40B) to join our team in support of 89 th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). The CSO Instructor will deliver high quality instruction on high-profile government aircrafts to flight attendants and Communication System Operators (CSOs), with a strong emphasis on emergency protocols, customer service standards and protocols, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance with aviation regulations.

The CSO Instructor will deliver high quality instruction on high-profile government aircrafts to flight attendants and Communication System Operators (CSOs), with a strong emphasis on emergency protocols, customer service standards and protocols, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance with aviation regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing comprehensive training to CSOs assigned to the Executive Airlift Formal Training Unit (EA FTU).
- If necessary, and if qualified, may be required to train students supporting other aircraft types.
- Responsible for the delivery of academic and practical training encompassing safety procedures, emergency protocols, customer service excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- Instruct EA FTU students IAW current training guide, courseware, and syllabus.
- In the event of a contradiction between the approved syllabus, courseware, and training guides, the Contractor shall notify FTU leadership. FTU leadership shall serve as the final authority for resolving instructional contradictions at the local level. The Contractor shall follow written guidance or clarification provided by FTU leadership without penalty to performance metrics.
- Maintain a record of FTU written guidance and clarification on the syllabus specific to the aircraft and crew position for which the instructor is responsible for instructing.
- Evaluate student performance, monitor progress, and provide additional training to assist students in correcting deficiencies and attaining proficiency.
- Document training progress in student training folders weekly.
- Ensure completion of all monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Inform leadership of student training status, student strengths and weaknesses, disciplinary issues, and if additional training time is required.
- Develop, maintain, administer, and deliver all course materials, including tests, PowerPoints, and ad hoc lesson plans.
- Review all course materials and syllabi after each class and provide recommended changes to FTU leadership.
- Request power-on trainers in coordination with FTU leadership.
- Provide training recommendations for FTU Flying Trainers (FFTs).
- Attend all meetings pertaining to students in training and relay information (e.g., FTU staff meetings) as requested by FTU leadership.
- Proficiently operate Fuselage Trainer equipment and other 89 AW Executive Mission Aviator (EMA) Aircrew Training Devices (e.g., Virtual Reality Modules). The instructor shall serve as the primary instructor for FTU Fuselage Trainer training and all associated EMA Aircrew Training Device instructional events.
- Conduct and document debriefs on curriculum and instruction after each academic phase or as requested by staff.
- Boeing/Gulfstream CSO instructors will possess or achieve CompTIA Security+ certification to instruct Security+ materials and maintain this certification IAW CompTIA Continuing Education requirements.
- Instruct EA FTU CSO students in Security+ curriculum IAW current CompTIA training materials.
- Shall keep workspace areas neat and orderly and avoid conditions leading to safety violations.
- Shall present a clean and neat appearance (business casual) and practice proper personal hygiene.

- Active Secret clearance.
- Primary Target Experience (Lead Standard):
- Minimum of three (3) years of documented instructor experience on executive military transport (SAM/DV) airframes (e.g., C32, C-40, C-37, VC-25)

- Minimum of three (3) years of instructor experience in civilian equivalents (e.g., VVIP Part 135 Charter, Fortune 500 Corporate Flight Departments, or Head-of-State aircrews) balancing high-level protocol, diplomacy, and executive hospitality with strict safety procedures
- Minimum of five (5) years cumulative flight experience and three (3) years of documented flight instructor experience as a CSO Instructor.

- Must provide previous Form 8s and flight records OR must provide company-certified training records, logbooks, or employment verification letters explicitly detailing CSO instructor duties.
- CompTIA Security+ CE (Continuing Education).

- Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience as a certified Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructor (such as an Air Force T-prefixed instructor, Navy/Marine Corps NATOPS Instructor, or Army Flight Instructor/Standardization Instructor) in any military aircraft platform/MDS
