Work You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows, to support strategic analytics and decision-making initiatives.
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, user-focused applications, reports, and automation solutions.
- Integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications, dashboards, and automated processes within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Support full solution lifecycles, including testing, deployment, documentation, user training, and production sustainment activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile, iterative delivery environment to continuously improve analytics capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 4+ years of experience developing business applications and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- 2+ years experience with Power Apps, Power Platform components, and Power Automate workflow development.
- 1+ years experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
- 1+ years experience with Python skills and experience working with data integration, automation, troubleshooting, and reporting processes.
