A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

Work You'll Do
As a Consultant, Engineering and Product on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting design validation sessions, focus groups, and working sessions to capture business and user needs
- Translating user and business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, journey maps, and related delivery artifacts
- Documenting current-state and future-state impacts, including usability, change, and adoption considerations
- Developing or supporting readiness and communications materials, including fact sheets, newsletters, and milestone updates
- Coordinating delivery operations, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action logs, status updates, trackers, and repositories
- Partner with UX, E2E, System Integrator, and adjacent teams to manage dependencies, overlaps, and integration points

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience supporting business analysis, user experience, organizational change, product delivery, or process improvement efforts
- 3+ years of experience in financial management and/or supply chain processes
- 3+ years of experience developing requirements, user stories, process flows, journey maps, or similar delivery artifacts
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile or iterative delivery environment
- Active Secret clearance required
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 3+ years pf experience supporting defense, public sector, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise resource planning platforms
- 3+ years of experience developing readiness, communications, or adoption materials
- 3+ years of experience facilitating design validation sessions, focus groups, or working sessions
- 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence
