Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 to support supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This position provides technical, tactical, administrative, and execution support across multiple supply chain disciplines, including logistics, business operations, inventory management, material movement, shipping and receiving, and engineering property systems.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, SAP knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to support material flow activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 to support supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This position provides technical, tactical, administrative, and execution support across multiple supply chain disciplines, including logistics, business operations, inventory management, material movement, shipping and receiving, and engineering property systems.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, SAP knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to support material flow activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support activities across various supply chain business process areas, including:
- Supply Chain Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Logistics
- Supply Chain Operations
- Engineering Property Systems
- Receive, store, move, ship, and distribute materials and equipment.
- Perform manual and clerical warehouse duties.
- Verify material quantities, weights, and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and related records.
- Route materials to appropriate destinations.
- Pull and assemble material kits according to production schedules.
- Deliver materials and kits to the shop floor.
- Process inventory transactions utilizing SAP and other business systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks.
- Utilize computers and software applications to process and maintain inventory and logistics data.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of additional education and/or related experience.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA goods issuing and goods receiving transactions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and logistics environment.

- Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets.

- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Forklift and reach lift operating experience.
- Experience with:
- Global Supply Chain Operations
- Warehouse Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management Systems
