Position Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 to support supply chain operations in Ogden, Utah. This role provides administrative, technical, tactical, and execution support across multiple supply chain disciplines, including logistics, manufacturing support, engineering property systems, and business operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, material handling, SAP transactions, and inventory management while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 to support supply chain operations in Ogden, Utah. This role provides administrative, technical, tactical, and execution support across multiple supply chain disciplines, including logistics, manufacturing support, engineering property systems, and business operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, material handling, SAP transactions, and inventory management while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain, logistics, and business operations activities.
- Receive, store, move, ship, and distribute materials and equipment.
- Perform manual and clerical duties related to material handling and inventory control.
- Process goods receipts and goods issues using SAP S4.
- Verify quantities, weights, and conformance of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare shipping documentation, records, and bills of lading.
- Route materials to appropriate destinations across the facility.
- Pull and assemble material kits according to production schedules.
- Deliver materials to the shop floor to support manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using computer systems and applications.
- Operate material handling equipment, including hand trucks and forklifts, as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of additional education and/or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP S4 Goods Receipt and Goods Issue transactions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Advanced experience with SAP S4 Goods Issue and Goods Receipt processing.
- Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets.
- Previous warehouse operations experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Forklift and/or reach lift operating experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
