📍 Cedar Rapids, IA
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Property Admin 3 to support customer property management activities for the Mission Systems Business Unit in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
💲 Pay Rate: $27.00/Hour
🏢 Location: Fully Onsite
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours
✅ No Weekends or Overtime Expected

About the Role
The Customer Property Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to help ensure compliance with customer, government, and company property requirements. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, government customers, auditing agencies, and prime contractors while supporting multiple programs and site-wide property processes.
This role reports directly to the Site Customer Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulations, and company policies related to customer property
✔ Collaborate with site leadership and functional teams to maintain compliance with established procedures
✔ Generate accurate property status reports, metrics, and management updates
✔ Perform property closeout activities
✔ Partner with Contract Management teams to execute property-related requirements
✔ Support Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) initiatives and compliance efforts
✔ Adhere to Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate
⭐ Knowledge of customer property management requirements
⭐ Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations
⭐ Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
⭐ Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
⭐ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizations
⭐ Experienced interacting with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work effectively within a team environment
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and system errors
✅ Must be a U.S. Citizen due to program requirements
