Location: Addison, IL 60101
Shift: Initial 1st Shift Training (approx. 2 weeks), then 2nd Shift (2PM-11PM)
Pay: Starting at $22.50/hr+ DOE
Overtime: Available and may be required based on business needs

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Assembly / Shop Help in Addison, IL. This position supports our daily shop floor operations and is ideal for candidates who are safety-conscious, reliable, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products or components following established procedures
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Adhere to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Capable of repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Able to follow verbal and written work instructions and established safety procedures
• Must speak and write English effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work productively as part of a team
