Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Perform TEMPEST laboratory and field testing on cryptographic equipment to identify vulnerabilities and verify compliance with national TEMPEST standards.
• Evaluate engineering change proposal packages and support technical testing requirements.
• Deliver TEMPEST engineering recommendations and expertise across mission systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $167k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Conduct TEMPEST laboratory testing of certified cryptographic devices to verify compliance with National TEMPEST standards.
• Perform TEMPEST field testing of cryptographic equipment to identify vulnerabilities in secure systems.
• Evaluate engineering change proposal (ECP) packages to ensure proposed modifications do not impact device TEMPEST integrity.
• Ensure testing requirements are accurately defined in coordination with Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority guidelines.
• Attend technical meetings with cryptographic device users, CSCMs, and vendor partners.
• Provide subject matter expert support and vulnerability assessments when cryptographic devices encounter TEMPEST issues.
