The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, daily, independent executive administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) and ST Leadership at the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Headquarters on a full-time basis.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, daily, independent executive administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) and ST Leadership at the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Headquarters on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing highly fluid, detailed work unit calendars
- Establishing appointment priorities
- Coordinating high-level meetings
- Designing tracking mechanisms for high-priority tasks and deliverables
- Compose complex technical correspondence and presentation materials to deliver leadership with evaluative materials necessary for decision-making
- Process mail and records in strict accordance with Navy Directives and the SSP Mail and Records Tracking System (SMARTS)
- Independently plan and manage complex travel arrangements utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
- Experience: 6 years or more of administrative experience and has previously supported an SES or executive personnel in the past.
- Active Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship required
- Skill Sets: Highly proficient in formatting, processing and records maintenance for all official documents; Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must possess professional and independent judgment and initiative, and the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under strict deadlines.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
