Palantir Tester (SIT, SAT, Perf)
- Arlington, VA (Active Secret Clearance Required) About the Role Join a high-impact data migration initiative as a Palantir Tester, responsible for validating end-to-end data flows in a mission-critical government environment. Leverage your expertise in Palantir Foundry and Vantage to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and seamless migration from legacy systems. Work at the forefront of Army data-migration projects, collaborating with technical and client stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Performance Testing for data pipelines within Palantir Foundry and Vantage
- Reconcile source-to-target data at row and field level, ensuring integrity and completeness throughout migration
- Validate schema conformance and system data-quality/validation-rule compliance for all migrated datasets
- Analyze ETL pipeline throughput and establish performance baselines for change-data-capture workloads across 40+ normalized, time-variant tables
- Design test plans and cases; maintain requirements traceability and manage defect lifecycle (logging, triage, retest)
- Perform incremental, Agile-aligned test execution alongside development sprints; apply regression testing for iterative pipeline enhancements
- Utilize and enhance automated test and validation tools to accelerate delivery
- Facilitate customer acceptance and validation sign-off, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met Required Skills and Experience
- Active Secret Clearance (DOD)
- Proven hands-on experience testing within Palantir Foundry and Vantage environments
- Strong expertise in data migration validation, including source-to-target reconciliation and schema validation
- Deep knowledge of SIT, SAT, and Performance Testing within Agile frameworks
- Test planning, case design, and defect management in complex data environments
- Familiarity with Army data-migration or ERP/personnel-system testing Preferred Skills
- Palantir Foundry certifications
- Experience with NIPR (Non-classified Internet Protocol Router) test environments
