MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in St Inigoes, MD. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
MANTECH is seeking a Project Analyst to join our Identification Systems (IDS) Engineering team. The selected candidate will collaborate with various Navy and Contractor entities to gather critical data, generate comprehensive reports, track action items, resolve issues, and provide proactive updates to division leadership. Working closely under the guidance of senior engineers, managers, and project leaders, the analyst will support impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency modeling, and project tracking methodologies to drive project efficiency and success. In this role, you will analyze, manage, and present data directly to DoD customers and technical personnel.

In this role, you will analyze, manage, and present data directly to DoD customers and technical personnel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review, update, and manage the configuration of technical documentation.
- Provide oversight for small projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and update operational processes to improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze project requirements across business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements.
- Gather and analyze information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, update schedules, manage risks, track action items, solve problems, recommend improvements, and keep division leadership informed.
- Maintains the Program Risk Plan and ISEE Risk Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) register.
- Facilitate Working Groups with IPT/Teams to capture new risk, issues, and opportunities, and update Mitigation, Corrective Action, and/or Opportunity Management Plans.
- Perform other related analyst and project management activities required for the successful completion of assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or an Associate's degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED and 6 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, and manage workloads effectively to meet requirements and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff of all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data migration and management of cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Project (or other related scheduling tools) to develop project schedules, assign resources, track progress, and analyze the critical path.
- Experience navigating and executing the Navy requirements process.
Clearance Requirements
- US Citizenship required and a current or active Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
