MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing, integrating, and testing complex multi-vendor software and hardware systems across enterprise environments.
- Developing, executing, and documenting system integration plans, test procedures, and verification protocols.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, software developers, and stakeholders to resolve system interface issues.
- Conducting root-cause analysis, system diagnostic evaluations, and performance troubleshooting across integrated platforms.
- Maintaining system baselines, interface control documentation, and configuration management items.
- Evaluating system interoperability standards and recommending technical baseline modifications to optimize performance.
- Recommending and implementing continuous engineering process improvements to streamline integration workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in systems integration engineering.
- OR a master's degree and 3+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR a PhD and 1+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR an associate's degree and 7+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR a high school diploma and 9+ or more years of relevant experience
- Proven experience performing end-to-end systems integration, test verification, and technical interface mapping. Strong background in analyzing network protocols, software interfaces, and complex enterprise system architectures.
- Experience maintaining system baselines, configuration management controls, and technical interface documentation. Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and integration test reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or CompTIA Security+.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments.
- Familiarity with containerization tools, API management platforms, and automated continuous integration deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams to drive system delivery.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must hold a current/active secret security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
