Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level TSCM Instructor with CI Specialist expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and Counterintelligence (CI) operations, with a proven ability to train and mentor others in these critical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on TSCM techniques, equipment, and procedures.
- Provide expert instruction and guidance on CI methodologies, threat assessment, and counter-surveillance strategies.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and practical exercises to enhance participant skills.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with CI and TSCM subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in TSCM operations, with a strong focus on CI principles.
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in a military, government, or corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of TSCM equipment, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI protocols, threat assessment, and counter-surveillance measures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with specific TSCM equipment or software platforms.
- Knowledge of international threats and counterintelligence operations.
- Previous experience in a joint or multi-agency environment.
