Job Description

Eiden Systems Corporation (ESC) is seeking a Senior Applications Developer for a pre-award contract position supporting the development and sustainment of enterprise-scale business solutions. This is a key technical role for a developer experienced in low-code/no-code platforms, business process automation, and modern application development.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Systems Architects to translate business requirements into scalable, effective software solutions that support the client's mission and enterprise objectives.

The Senior Applications Developer will design, develop, enhance, and implement software solutions based on requirements provided by Business Analysts and within the organization's established application development framework. This position will work directly with the client's Business Analysts and Systems Architects to develop solutions that meet business requirements, integrate with existing enterprise systems, and support long-term application sustainment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop enterprise-level software solutions based on requirements provided by Business Analysts.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain applications within the organization's established application development framework.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Work closely with Systems Architects to design and implement application solutions that meet enterprise business objectives.
• Apply project-specific development tools, technologies, methodologies, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with Systems Architects to evaluate, develop, and integrate third-party applications, tools, programming libraries, and other technologies.
• Develop and implement low-code/no-code applications and business process automation solutions.
• Develop solutions using BPMN-based process models and workflow automation.
• Design and implement application integrations using APIs and web-based services.
• Utilize technologies such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST APIs, web-based APIs, and mobile development technologies as appropriate to the project.
• Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and sustainment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and development objectives.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Active Secret clearance (IT-II) required.
• Five (5) or more years of professional software/application development experience.
• Experience with APIs supporting Low-Code/No-Code development platforms and application integrations.
• Experience with low-code/no-code Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application and process automation software based on BPMN models.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience with the Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid low-code application development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-level application solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Business Analysts, Systems Architects, developers, and other technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• SAFe Agile Certification or an industry-recognized equivalent is preferred.
