Standard Job Description

The Sustainment Proposal Integration and New Business (SPINB) team is looking for an Experienced Professional to serve in a unique role. Immediate role and responsibilies will be supporting the C-130H Capture and Program Management teams as the United States Air Force has requested Lockheed Martin to support the transition of C-130H customer depot and modification activities. The selected candidate will be funded through December 2028 to serve in this capacity and then tranisiton to a full-time SPINB role acting as the Capture Resource Lead for AMMM campaigns, pursuits, and proposals. This includes business capture through campaign development, proposal submission, and contract award, while also facilitating post award program transition through horizontal integration across sustainment capabilities. This level 4 role will support the AMMM SPINB Proposal Lead and act as liaison among Sustainment Operations, the Integration Office, and Program Management and ensures all proposal inputs are accurate, compliant with contractual obligations/statements of work, and schedule while minimizing errors and rework. Stakeholders include the Capability Delivery System teams, Contracts, Pricing & Estimating, and Proposal Teams. The selected candidate shall develop, maintain, and report metrics, perform continuous improvement of proposal processes, and implement robust processes to introduce new technical capabilities into sustainment offerings. Additionally, the position will provide regular status and metrics reporting to Global Sustainment leadership and maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and prospective AMMM sustainment contracts to support informed decision making and future business estimation. Assignment, leadership, support, and execution of Annual Improvement Programs, Functional Excellence Programs, and/or other additional duties related to Global Sustainment are expected.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines and/or relevant experience as an ILS manager.
  • Working knowledge of the ECP, TCTO process, IMS/IMP
  • Working knowledge of Aircraft Life cycle Management
  • Working knowledge of Systems Engineering
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful candidate will have an aeronautical logistics background
  • Above average skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Proven experience briefing executives
  • Capture Management experience with F-16, F35, C130 or F-22 platforms
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills, along with high level of attention to detail
  • Lean/Six Sigma training and/or certification a plus
  • Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with US and international aircraft sustainment a plus Knowledge
  • Experience DoD acquisition system and international partnerships a plus


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
