Standard Job Description
As a Program Management Associate Manager you will be supporting Air Dominance Facilitization. Support will span production ramp rate facilitization and stand alone depot facilitization and stand up. Scope may include, but is not limited to:
- Create and maintain deliverables tracker
- Coordinate metrics generation and tracking across functions and LM locations
- Drive Earned Value Management across CLINs and functions
- Support rate rate and depot risk, opportunity creation and mitigation
- Support clear communications with USG customers and LM senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience leading cross functional teams such as IPT lead, project engineer or program management
- Prior experience as a Cost Account Manager
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and formal presentation skill, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets
- Demonstrated high integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Must have active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Prior Program Management or Subcontract Management experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Experience working SAP/SAR programs
- Experience influencing and asserting direction without formal reporting authority
