Mechanic
- Deer Park, TX
Mechanic
- 3 years+ of experience as a Pump Mechanic, Pump Technician, Millwright, or similar mechanical repair position.
- Hands-on experience with industrial pump assembly and disassembly.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings.
- Experience installing bearings, mechanical seals, shafts, sleeves, and impellers.
- Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Dial indicators
- Feeler gauges
- Experience performing clearance measurements and verifying mechanical tolerances.
- Understanding of mechanical fits, alignments, and rotating equipment components.
- Ability to identify mechanical wear, damage, and component defects.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
