Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, machine controls, and power distribution systems
• Repair and replace motors, sensors, relays, transformers, switches, and electronic components
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Support continuous manufacturing operations by minimizing downtime
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Follow all plant safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Electrician License or Electro-Mechanical Degree required
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
